Seabright Dream

Perched at the most southerly end of Seabright, this home boasts the only private stairwell down onto this popular beach. The house was extended to accommodate a larger family fond of hosting and sits modestly between its neighbors. The design focused on the intrinsic indoor / outdoor way of living that its location takes full advantage of. The back of the home boasts a full view of the beach and boardwalk facing Southwest and a large circular window frames the south easterly sunrises. A reverse floor plan takes full advantage of the views and entertaining spaces whilst the primary suite is tucked away into the hill and is adorned with deep jewel tones which emphasize its coziness. The bathrooms are fully tiles and take into consideration the eventuality of reams of sandy bodies needing to rinse before relaxing with a fireside barbecue.
