Pasatiempo Farmhouse

Designed from the ground up by local architect Derek Van Alstine, this light-filled family home leans into an open farmhouse design, in contrast with the largely midcentury aesthetic of the neighborhood. For the interiors, we kept the color palette tight and contemporary, making sure it was refined yet welcoming.
