Pacific Cookie Company

Pacific Cookie Company is located at the heart of Santa Cruz’s downtown landscape. Owned and operated by the Pearson family since the early 80’s this cookie shop is near and dear to everyone’s hearts. Stripe was hired to give the space a much needed update. We were determined to upgrade the store entirely whilst keeping the freshly baked cookies firmly center stage. Design decisions led us to employ a slightly nostalgic feel for the space which boasts subtle sea foam colored tiles, chunky terrazzo counters and a timeless penny-round flooring. 72 Vintage sourced rolling pins line the three front windows and are hung from pins so that they can still ‘roll’. Pendant lights fashioned from large whisks are a quiet nod to the fact that the cookies are all still handmade on site.
