Adobe Kitchen
When the homeowners of the oldest home in Santa Cruz approached us and said their kitchen needed updating we knew the project would be special. Stripe wanted to be conscious of the history of the home; the original walls are 7” thick made of adobe! So when selecting materials we wanted to make sure the remodel of the kitchen felt appropriate for its place; natural materials wherever possible, limestone floors and marble countertops. Not to mention a sink carried back from Greece by the clients themselves. The subtle green cabinetry and brass hardware lends to a calm backdrop so the intentionality of the space can sing through.
